The sludge dehumidification and drying machine uses a dehumidification heat pump to condense, dehumidify, and dry sludge through hot air circulation; A heat pump is a device that transfers the thermal energy from a low-temperature heat source to a high-temperature heat source to achieve cooling and heating. Dehumidification heat pump is a device that uses a refrigeration system to cool and dehumidify humid air while recovering the latent heat of condensation of air moisture through the principle of heat pump to heat the air; Dehumidification and drying is the process of recovering latent heat of water vapor and sensible heat of air in the exhaust. There is no waste heat emission during the dehumidification and drying process. 90% of the heat supply in traditional sludge thermal drying systems is converted into exhaust heat loss (latent heat of water vapor and sensible heat of hot air);

The difference between heat pump and traditional sludge dryer:
The difference between dehumidification heat pump drying and traditional hot air drying lies in the different air circulation methods and the different ways in which the air in the drying room is dehumidified. When drying with a dehumidification heat pump, the air circulates in a closed manner between the drying chamber and the dehumidification dryer (without emitting any waste heat); Traditional hot air drying is an open system that uses a heat source to heat the air and discharge the moisture absorbed air (waste heat), resulting in low energy efficiency (20% -50%).
Application scope:
Suitable for domestic sludge, printing and dyeing, papermaking, electroplating, chemical, leather, and various types of sludge drying systems (including sludge with high sand content);
Performance characteristics:
1. It can fully achieve the "reduction, stabilization, harmlessness, and resource utilization" treatment of sludge; The final sludge particles can be used for co firing fuel, incineration, building materials, biofuels, etc;

Efficient and energy-saving: adopting heat pump heat recovery technology, the closed drying mode has no waste heat emissions; It can directly dry sludge with a moisture content of 83% to 10% without the need for segmented disposal (such as plate and frame pressure filtration+thermal drying, thin-layer drying+belt drying, etc.); Reduce capacity by 67% and weight by 80%, which can save a lot of transportation costs in the later stage; Drying 80% wet mud to 10% per ton, with a comprehensive power consumption of 210kw. h; Every 1 kWh of electricity can remove 3.7 kg of water (dehumidification performance ratio 1:3.7 kg) H2o/kw.h); Drying 80% wet mud to 60% per ton, with a comprehensive electricity consumption of 128kw. h.

Safety and environmental protection: Low temperature drying process below 80 ℃, fully suitable for sludge drying in municipal, printing and dyeing, and papermaking industries; The system operates safely, with no explosion hazards and no need for nitrogen flushing; The oxygen content during the sludge drying process is less than 12%; Dust concentration<60g/m3; Particle temperature<70 ℃; Adopting a low-temperature (40-75 ℃) fully enclosed drying mode, there is no odor leakage and no need to install complex deodorization devices.
